Jennifer Bomwell, L.Ac. our licensed acupuncturist, offers gentle and effective treatments that support physical, mental, and emotional balance. With a deep understanding of traditional Chinese medicine, Jennifer addresses a variety of concerns—from chronic pain and stress to hormonal and digestive issues—helping clients restore harmony and improve their overall well-being.

Jennifer Bomwell, L.Ac. is a NYS licensed acupuncturist dedicated to helping individuals achieve balance, relief, and lasting wellness through the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine. With a compassionate approach and a deep commitment to holistic healing, Jennifer creates a welcoming environment where patients feel supported, heard, and empowered on their path to better health.
She earned her Masters degree in Acupuncture from Tri-State College of Acupuncture in 2016, where she received comprehensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture Physical Medicine, Traditional Japanese Acupuncture as well as adjunct therapies such as cupping, aromatherapy and gua sha.
Drawing from both classical Chinese principles and modern integrative approaches, Jennifer tailors each treatment plan to meet the individual needs and goals of her patients. Jennifer has a particular interest in treating chronic pain, sports injuries, stress and anxiety, women’s health, digestive concerns, and is passionate about supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive. Jennifer aims to treat every patient as they are on their day of treatment with any concerns that present.
Outside of the clinic, Jennifer enjoys playing and coaching ice-hockey, gardening and exploring nature, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends, all of which continually inspire her approach to mindful, balanced living.
Kris Noelle, our certified Reiki Master, provides energy healing sessions designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support emotional clarity. With a compassionate, intuitive approach, Kris creates a safe and nurturing space where clients can release tension and reconnect with their inner calm.

Kris Noelle is a compassionate and intuitive healing practitioner dedicated to helping others reconnect with their inner peace and vitality. As a certified Reiki Master Teacher, Karuna Reiki Practitioner, and Spiritual Wellness Coach, Kris offers holistic healing sessions designed to restore energetic balance and promote emotional well-being.
Through her Energetic Alignment sessions, clients experience deep relaxation and renewed clarity, enhanced by the therapeutic vibrations of sound healing. Her Intuitive Bodywork combines gentle, sweeping movements that soothe both body and spirit, while her Spirit-Led Oracle Readings and psychic mediumship provide insightful guidance and heartfelt messages from the spirit world.
Now also offering her Ayurveda Body Treatment—a restorative experience rooted in ancient healing traditions. This treatment combines warm herbal oils, Kansa metal tools for muscle and nerve support, grounding touch, and aromatherapy to help ease tension, improve circulation, and restore balance—without the need for deep pressure. Ideal for those experiencing stress, fatigue, or chronic discomfort.

After graduating from The New York School of Esthetics & Day Spa, Rita became a licensed esthetician and has since honed her expertise in a wide range of treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and waxing. She is deeply invested in staying updated with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products to provide her clients with the most effective solutions tailored to their unique needs.

A graduate of The Institute for Holistic Health, Anthony is extensively trained in anatomy, physiology, and pathology, as well as a range of modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and sports massage. He thoughtfully tailors each session to the client—whether they’re managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply needing space to reset.
Anthony has a special interest in treating chronic stress, anxiety, referred pain, and postural imbalances. Clients often describe him as attentive, thoughtful, and deeply committed to their well-being. April McRae, LMT, has over 10 years of experience helping clients find relief and balance through customized massage therapy. She has a special interest in supporting stroke rehabilitation, chronic pain, injury recovery, and prenatal/postnatal wellness. Outside the treatment room, April enjoys roller skating, hiking with her dog, and spending time with loved ones, which inspires her grounded and mindful approach to care.

Trained at Pacific College in New York City, she is skilled in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, deep tissue, pre- and post-natal massage, myofascial release, and more, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of every client.
April has a particular interest in supporting clients with stroke rehabilitation, chronic pain, injury recovery, athletic care, and prenatal/postnatal wellness. Outside the treatment room, she enjoys roller skating, rock climbing, hiking with her dog, and spending time with family and friends—practices that inspire her grounded, mindful approach to both work and life.
